Never been one for Youtube and all that such and such. So I can only go on what you are saying here, but if the videos capitalize on the pain of others, who would want to watch that nonsense, Christian or otherwise? I mean, there is a point to which it can be funny, but those are slapstick type things, and no one really gets hurt since it is all just acting.
I imagine I've seen something like a viral video, but it wasn't to funny, I mean the persons stupidity was something to laugh at, but it was over shadowed by his high velocity landing and his groin being introduced, rather rudely, to a railing. :o
