Vision Of The Bungee Cords
I was sitting outside when I saw a vision of a man looking out of a high-rise building. He began to tie different-colored small bungee cords together and throw them out of the window like a rope. It appeared that he was going to climb down from this window. I said to the lord that this was a dangerous thing for him to do because the cords were not going to hold his weight, and it would have been better if he had tied sheets together to make a rope. Then I turned to the lord who was speaking to me, and I noticed that we were on a cloud. He was holding a bible, and he said, “This is how my people are treating my word." Vision Ended.

It appeared that he was going to climb down from this window. High-rise buildings often house big money; large corporations, financial institutions, law firms, tech companies, etc. I believe this dream relates to finances. People are loosing a lot of money lately, and some are wanting out of having so much dependence on the markets, wanting to trust God instead. But they don't trust God like they think they do because they've trusted in their money for so long. So whenever they attempt to lean on Him and His word they find out they can't because their faith is so weak, seeing they never fully developed the need to trust Him in the past.

I think the separate bungie chords represent individual Bible verses, i.e. promises they would put their hopes in. But if you have not developed the ability to trust Him in actual practice (like sheets would actually work for someone who's dealt with that situation before), trying to believe a few verses here and there simply won't work. It will not carry the weight of a person's fears. It's as if many think the word of God is like some magic formula that if they recite it enough it will come to pass because they believe. But faith comes by hearing more than just a few promises in the Bible. It comes from a life of studying the word and the Holy Spirit showing us the word is true. All of it, not just the parts about provision. A weak faith inevitably results from never having immersed oneself in the word, so it is not something we should place our hopes in.

That is not an answer to my question. Do you think God meant those explanatory words to apply to you? God gets you to write the visions down and post them. Why does He get you to do that? Presumably, God having you post the visions in a discussion board necessarily implies He intends the words be discussed. I am, therefore, attempting to do exactly that. The question asked is a pretty straightforward, readily, and easily answered question, isn't it?

They've never applied to me. So no. If there were visions that applied to me, I would not need to write them and post them on forums. Only the ones he has told me to post. Not every vision I have had has been posted, and visions that apply to me do not get posted but are recorded.

Although he is speaking those words (replying to my questions), he is not actually doing it for my sake but for the sake of those who need to hear it. Then I write what he has said down.

I'll chime in here because I have wondered the same thing as Josheb. I have not found many of your visions to have have relevance to me as a reader, as in something I would take and meditate upon to come to a deeper understanding. In a way it reminds me of Paul discussing speaking in tongues, if there is no one to interpret it for you, then what is it?



As for the bungee cords, they are used to strap down cargo, to keep hold of the things you carry with you; and he said this is how my people are treating my word? Because they use the word to bind heavy burdens upon the people.

EZ, there are both visions and dreams being posted on this forum which are being interpreted, in keeping with the same functions regarding tongues and interpretation. You are not required to receive those interpretations if you don't wish to, but these visions DO have meaning for me.

Again, this is not something you or anyone else is required to sign off on, any more than a tongue and an interpretation, but what I received on this vision was posted in Post #4. The bungie cords are not being used to strap down cargo in this vision, they are being used in a futile attempt to get someone down off a precipice; "high rise" (business) building they now want down from.

Anyone with a different interpretation is free to post it, but I have personally seen too many things to be accurate in the past to think the visions given to her are not from God, so that's no longer the question for me. The question is simply what they do or do not mean.

I didn't say what the bungee cords were being used for in her vision, I merely said what bungee cords are typically used for. Perhaps the man in the vision is trying to climb down from all his burdens. I mean who used bed sheets to strap down their cargo? And secondly and more important, what does it have to do with the way gods people are treating his word?

There are 28 she has posted so far. Only two I have not interpreted for her, though it shows more than that, but that's only because several of them were more personal and had to be sent to her privately.

That's what needs to be answered. Again, I provided my interpretation. Maybe if you seek God in prayer He will give you something. The best policy on things like this is not for one person to claim ownership like they alone know what every vision and dream is about. That's not spiritually healthy for the body of Christ. So dreams and visions are posted on this forum publicly for all to read, and if possible interpret. You are free to as well.
