I want to share this so people will know. Years ago (10 years) I was a manager for a BiLo and I was standing up front keeping an eye on things...assessing things. And I thought that one of our cashiers was going to have a heart attack. This lady from France had her groceries, and they were scanned, the total was rang up and this lady simply scanned her hand over the plate and it was automatically paid from her account like a debit but without a pin number.....she had a chip in her hand. Our cashier was muslim and she backed away from the register and refuse to help bag the womens groceries, and everyone in the store was absolutely shocked. She informed us also that the chip in the palm of her hand had her medical records in it (which I don't know how that can be used in the states) and could be used on a global scale no matter where she went. Which also means she can be tracked on a global scale too, and I wondered if she gave thought to that.

Yes, and there is a lot more if you google "project blue beam". I didn't believe it at first, until I read some more of it. It's actually! some of this worlds real screwball ideas.

What do you think about HARRP?

My life work, has been as an electronic tech. I have known about HARRP for years, and always thought there was more than meets the eye there. The thing has enough power to actually blow a hole in the atmosphere, cause weird weather patterns, and other strange effects.

When it was first conceived, the thought was to make it rain on the enemy, and turn the battle field into a sea of mud. So he could not move equipment, or stage a fight. But the thing has megawatts of power, and can do more than stated. They say if directed downward, it could upset the magnetic poles of the earth; scary.

So the question is -- why build something like that??.

Oh yes; it was the brainchild of Nikola Tesla. The same man who tried to make an earth-quake machine, and with some small success.
