Matthew 28:19 King James Version (KJV)
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
We know that in the apostles times, Church was established and the positions of pastors, evangelists and teachers were instituted and I believe the designation of discipleship was very much there in the body of Christ of the early church.
But in today's church only pastors or evangelists can baptize. Only selected people in the evangelistic ministries can baptize people and preach.
Only the teaching staff instituted by the head of the church can teach the bible.
You need permission even to go share the gospel with other people. You can't conduct a prayer meeting in your house. Even for that you need permissions of the pastors.
So according to our new church rules and regulations Matthew 28:19 was only for the Christ's disciples. Can this be true?
