Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

The Lord said He had surely seen the affliction of HIs people which are in Egypt, hearing their cry, because of the Egyptian task masters making them have sorrows.

The Lord came down to deliver them out of the land of Egypt, and to bring them up out of that land into a good land.

Psalms records the sorrows of death, the sorrows of hell, the sorrows of death compassing David the king of Israel, the pains of hell upon him, finding trouble and sorrow.

Exodus 3:7 And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
8 And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

Psalm 18:4 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

Psalm 18:5 The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.

Psalm 116:3 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

When Israel was a child, then God loved him, and called His son out of Egypt.

Israel sacrificed unto Baalim, God also taught Ephraim taking them by the arms, but they did not know that God had healed them.

God drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love, and took off the yoke, feeding them. They shall not return into the land of Egypt, but shall be ruled by others because they refused to return.

Because of their own counsels, the sword devoured them. the people were bent to backsliding, they called to the most high but would not exalt Him.

God would not return to destroy Ephraim, because He is God and would not enter into the city.

They shall walk after the Lord, He shall roar like a lion, ( Judah. Genesis 49:9.) and the children shall tremble from the West.

They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, as a dove out of the land of Assyria, ( from the Assyrians who ruled over them.) and be placed in their houses, said the Lord.

Ephraim and Israel lied ands deceived, but Judah yet ruled with God, and was faithful with the saints.

Hosea 11: 1 When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
2 As they called them, so they went from them: they sacrificed unto Baalim, and burned incense to graven images.
3 I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.
4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.
5 He shall not return into the land of Egypt, and the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return.

Hosea 11:6 And the sword shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels.
7 And my people are bent to backsliding from me: though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him.
8 How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.
9 I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city.
10 They shall walk after the Lord: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.
11 They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria: and I will place them in their houses, saith the Lord.
12 Ephraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints.

The name of the Lord came from far, His lips as a devouring fire, to reach to the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity, and a bridle was in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.

A song is had, a holy solemnity is kept and gladness of heart, as one goes to the mountain of the Lord, to the mighty one of Israel.

The Lord causes His glorious voice to be heard, ( roaring as a lion/Judah the lion yet faithful ruling with the Lord.) through he voice of the Lord the Assyrian is beaten down. ( from the Lords devouring fire, tempest and hailstones.)

Isaiah 3027 Behold, the name of the Lord cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
28 And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.
29 Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the Lord, to the mighty One of Israel.
30 And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.
31 For through the voice of the Lord shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.

A man is despised and rejected of men, acquainted with grief, and we hid our faces from Him, He was despised and we esteemed Him not.

He bore our griefs, carried our sorrows, ( the sorrows of hell and death David the king of Israel spoke of finding.) He was stricken, smitten of God and afflicted.

Isaiah 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

The angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph, in a dream, telling him to take the young child, ( Jesus) and to flee into Egypt, and be there until he brings them word. They were there until the death of Herod to fulfil what was spoken of the Lord, by the prophet, saying, out of Egypt He has called HIs son.

Mary fell at the feet of Jesus and said if He was there, her brother had not have died.

Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews wit her weeping, he groaned and was troubled. ( king David of Israel spoke about being troubled with sorrow.)

Jesus wept. The Jews said how Jesus loved Lazarus. Jesus again groaned in Himself and came to raise Lazarus from the dead.

Matthew 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

John 11:32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled.
34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see.
35 Jesus wept.
36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him!
37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?
38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.

Jesus came near to the city ( Jerusalem) and beheld it and wept over it.

Jesus said, if Jerusalem had known, even Jerusalem had known in that day, the things that belong unto its peace, but now they were hid from its eyes.

Now their enemies would surround them and lay Jerusalem and its children to the ground, not leaving one stone because they did not know the time of their visitation.

Luke 19:41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

Jude exhorts all to contend for the common salvation, once delivered unto the saints. ( Judah ruled with the Lord and was yet faithful with the saints.)

Certain men crept in unawares, before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men turning the grace of God into lust, denying the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jude puts us in remembrance, how the Lord having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, ( to be in their houses) afterwards destroyed those who believed not.

The angels He reserved in chains under darkness. ( the sorrows of death and hell as David spoke of, which Christ delivers from, when those same angels/devils, are cast out of men.)

The same as Sodom and Gomorrah giving themselves to fornication, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Likewise these who crept in unawares, are filthy dreamers who defile the flesh, and speak evil, despise dominion.

These speak evil of those things which they know not, ( holiness) but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, corrupting themselves.

They run greedily after Baalim for reward, ( Israel and Ephraim who served Baalim, but Judah yet ruling with the Lord and faithful with the saints.)

They are raging waves of the sea to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Jude 1:10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
12 These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

One of the elders said to John to not weep, to behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, had prevailed to open the book and to loosen its seals.

Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
