What about the "Book of Life"?

And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

So what's the story with the "Book of Life"?

It sounds like you have shown what the Book of Life is.
Your post is filled with examples that define the Book nicely.
A book that contains the names of those who will be safe from the lake of fire. Rev 20:15
