What Are You Cooking ?

Alas, I'm only having a frozen dinner tonight. However, I really don't think that there's anything too wrong with that.
 
It's Sunday. Nobody's cooking anything just good old chicken salad sandwiches. We're supposed to relax on Sundays anyway aren't we? :lol
 
Going to pull out my sour dough from the refridgerator to warm up tonight so I can make pancakes in the morning. I think I'll mix in a little applesauce. Haven't done that in a while.
 
Mmm...yummy pancakes. Have they got chocolate chips in them by any chance? Those are my favorite.
 
Took walleye fillets out of the freezer and deep fried them with double-dipped Shore Lunch using a beer batter. Accompanied by homemade French fries using russet potatoes and cole slaw. Turned out pretty tasty.
 
I totally forgot that I was going to post that I had dumplings last night. And now tonight I'm having good old macaroni and cheese! Yummy! :biggrin2

Tonight for Easter supper I had a wonderful ham as well as very good rolls and a yummy cake for dessert with vanilla icing. I also had egg salad for lunch and some of my Easter candy.
 
Last night I had a turkey frozen dinner and tonight I'm having hamburger stew. Yummy! :biggrin
 
I had a frozen dinner tonight that was made up of chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese and a brownie. Also I had fresh bread along with it.
 
Well my mother is making liver tonight, which surprisingly, is something that I really like to eat.
