My wife cooked up some all beef franks with bacon on pretzel buns, topped with hot, melty nacho cheese and jalapenos, with a side of homestyle french fries. Mmm mmm mmm.

Not bragging. Favorite dishes? Hmmm.Lasagna, Banana bread, Nachos, homemade salsa, stir fry, post roast, omelettes. I do ok with some polish dishes...until a polish girl comes along, lol. I dunno why people think cooking is so hard. It's all the same food, just prepared different ways. I think that the trick to cooking is getting it all on the table at the same time, hot.
