I’m going to stop drinking alcohol. I used to rarely have a drink. Now I find I’ll have one, or two or even three drinks sometimes at night when everyone is asleep. I know I’m using it to cope with marriage issues and I know that is not ok. I have to find another way to cope. My husband drinks a lot every day. I don’t want to become dependent on it to get by . Anyone else giving something up? Maybe we can keep each other accountable?
