Hi,
What are your New Year's resolutions?
mine are:
-to be closer to God
-to feel more of His presence
-to hear His voice better
-to lead more people to Him
-to serve Him more
-to start new projects for my ministry
-to find more support
Please, pray for those resolutions to be blessed and supported by Jesus. Thank you,
Sasha

None...I don't make them.
Um Dave, I too don't make New Year's resolutions and it has nothing to do with being perfect, pious or anything like that. If one has an issue or issues, one should try and resolve it immediately, not wait for a specific day on the calendar.

When's the best time to quit smoking, or drinking, or drugs, or sinning? Hint, not tomorrow. 8-)

I make New Year's resolutions to make sure that next year I can be focused, not because I wait for next year to quit bad things.

I would ask God to help me be a better person , I know I will never be perfect , but I ask all the time . I want to start being more active in charities , I know alot are far from haveing the basic things to live. Try to be more patient in all things I say and do.

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God.

you are correct

1) Become a six figure income earner by the end of the year with a home based business in the wellness industry.

2) Lose about 40 pounds by Spring Break (or by mid year).

3) Become healthier by cleansing, eating organic foods, avoiding toxic foods and exercising.

Try drinking only distilled water and have a water purifier in your home.

Yes. We actually use bottled water but we are also thinking of trying out that X20 stuff. Have you heard about it? It makes your water alkaline.

This was great! I laughed all the way thru this thread. Lotsa humor.

But I will lean toward Windozer and Vic. I never make New Year's resolutions. I figger if I'm going to change anything, I will make the decision on the spot and that's that. If I plan to change ahead of time, it leaves me too much room to reconsider my decision and I'll end up aborting it.

Isn't the Catholic side of this where you do without through Lent and then cut loose on Mardi Gras? :-D

Nothing like having natural spring water. Best water I've ever had, and its free.

Trouble is >>> living next to a clean natural spring.

As an alternative I have a reverse osmosis water filter.

(another alt >>> buy distilled and throw a few rusty springs into it )
