As far as clothing. For both men and women.
I think part of the reason we have so many sexually immoral problems in the world (especially America, as far as I know) is because of the way our men (and especially the women) dress.
If we consider how they dressed in the bible, we can clearly come up with a solution. Many might say that we live in a new time now, but I do not think this makes a difference. I do not think the principle changes.
Today, women, (because I believe the majority of men are more sexually attracted to women physically than women are to men) wear tight clothes. We have midrifts showing. The shape of their bodies are evident and this is a catalyst for lust.
Adam and Eve in the garden attempted to clothe themselves after they had sinned. But Yahweh, obviously not finding their covering sufficient, made robes (a coat called a kuttoneth; you can look up what exactly this type of garment is and see the history of it)
What we could call "pants" and "jeans", were merely undergarments up under the robes. The robes could have short or long sleeves. The length of the robe generally came past the knees.
Pants are split up to the groin area (what I believe is something shameful and exposes too much).
However, if everyone wore robes, the shape of the body would be obscured and hence lest focus and attention on a person's form.
And no, I do not wear robes (I want to though). This is just up for discussion. So I'm not pressuring anyone to do something I do not do myself. However, I think we could all agree. Some of you say "I can control myself", but that is hardly the case, because what about what you wear? Can you control others?
I think it makes perfect sense. We need new clothes.
