Problem is, many claim to be "Godly" or call themselves "strong Christian man", but their actions or behavior pales in comparison to what they claim to be ...

Do us a favor and quit bragging if you simply cannot live up to that high "Godly" standards !

The same as any other man, financial security/stability which is a nice way of saying rich or plenty of money.

Women say they dont care about money only about X attribute but what they say and what they want often differs just as what people think they want and what they truly want is often different.

It easy to see how money influences dating prospects, tell someone you're a doctor or any position of high financial gain then tell another set you work a minimum wage job part time so you can volunteer and do God's Work and see which gains more.

Millionaires are rolling in women and minister or other spiritual figures are not. Sad but true. If women didnt care about money this would be the other way around as generally the godly man is more moral and ethical while the businessman or wealthy are generally less so.

I assume if you are asking this question it is in and of itself proof that godliness while very admirable doesnt draw women and may even repel some but none are repelled by wealth and they are like a moth to a flame.

To be fair men behave similarly to women of exceptional beauty. It doesnt matter how godly she is, or how intelligent, she wont be rolling in men or attention without beauty.This is just how the world works even though it is a corrupt way of being.

I hope you're kidding. If there was a billionaire who was ungodly, stupid, or mean, I wouldn't waste neuron considering his hand. Money doesn't factor in at all. Give me the intelligent, funny, caring, godly broke-guy and I'll fall head over heels everytime.

I would change the title of this thread to.... What do godly women want in a godly man ?

I think if you focus on being what God wants you to be, you will automatically become the man you need to be.

I mean, think about it, God wants you to be upright, living in pursuit of Him, cultivating habits of reading the Bible/praising daily, constantly trying to mold yourself into the image of Jesus...

And if you're doing all that, and seeking Him with all your heart, your genuine love for God will show and when the right woman for you comes along, who also loves God like you do, a real connection can be made.

A godly man loves the Lord with all His heart, and his actions are evidence of it. As long as he strives to make his words, actions, beliefs, loves, habits, and decisions (in other words, everything) line up with Christ, I think that a person is on the right road to being righteous (all because of Jesus).

I think I might be waiting forever for my godly man. But God is really helping me through this, by showing how His love is enough for me. Something I definitely need to learn first so that I'm prepared.
