There is not enough room on this site, to answer that.

We're having this same talk in the "Singles" room.

One thing that's so not attractive? Not being sure about what you want! You have to know if you want marriage and kids. You either do or don't. Don't be all....eh...I don't know yet...not sure...bleh bleh bleh

Yes you do know! Just say it! And stop thinking that just because you say yes that we're going to go wedding and baby crazy. Jeez. Stop being so paranoid.

That's my shpeal.

No love for God
Deception on any level
A Proud and haughty spirit
Violent and destructive for fun
wicked mindedness
A love to instigate trouble
One who likes to flaunt intelligence and gifts before others to make them feel less.
Rudeness
A lack of self control...maybe just a lack of all the fruits...or maybe just a lack of a desire to have them.
no vision
no curiosity
no compassion
laziness
A sharp tongue
course joking
an unwillingness to defend the faith
an unwillingness to defend women and children, and the weak.
A user who takes from others selfishly
lack of forethought

haha wow...thought about this much?

:lol ;)

I have, and I prayed about it a lot too. ;) I was a single woman with three very young children, and the man who I gave myself to was also being given my children to raise and love like his own...yeah, I thought about it a lot, because he has to be an exceptional guy to be given gifts like these. I mean, this is the person who I am going to submit to, love above all, and support with all that's in me...he has to be God's pick, and God doesn't find anything on that list attractive either. By God's grace I married the wisest person I have ever met, a man who I respect and honor more than anyone else on this planet, and we've been married for three years and in that time not one day has gone by that I have even felt a tinge of regret...my children feel the same way. It's worth thinking about long and hard. :yes The Lord bless you.

Do women like men who sit on the couch and play video games all day?

That's awesome. I'm glad the Lord gave you that :)

"Some" woman would think only after you have done all your chores and fixed whatever happens to need fixin, and have paid enough attention to her and ..... jumped at the snap of her finger.
Oh, yes, and "some woman" would just love it if you helped her prepare dinner every so often. ANd do not be negligent for anything she wants.

"Some woman think".... that being a "Help meet" doesn't mean she meets all of your demands, "Help meet" means you meet all of her demands. :lol

Oh, and for all the silly post haters ..... I'm Juuuuuust kidding! lighten up.

Actually, I believe "helpmeet" means that she makes up where he lacks. She makes him complete. That is, if she is a good woman to begin with and not what I married and divorced. :D

That is so simple yet profound, Jon.. Thanks!

Sometimes I get overwhelmed because I feel I have to carry a lot more weight in spiritual areas, while my husband is stronger than me in most all other areas. "she makes up where he lacks"... is a very encouraging word for me. :thumb :salute
