What do you think of home work out videos?

I don't really have the ability to go to the gym or anything. Does anyone do workout videos at home?

I would recommend p90x greatly!!

I used it for several months with good results.

It should be noted that you will ofcourse have good results from working out 1 - 1.5hrs a day 4-5 days a week any, but p90x gives the means, knowledge, and motivation.

I dislike the yoga and "karate" portion........that's not karate.

I've seen the infomercial before, it looks tough!

I like kickboxing and weights, I have several of that nature. Amy Bento has some pretty challenging workouts of all types. Though I'm not too crazy about some of the music on them.

I've done a couple of Denise Austin's. I like the yoga cool downs. I also have done pilates. I really like pilates. I am always sore for days afterwards. You use muscles that you didn't even know you had.

I also like Shimmy on FitTV. It's a belly-dancing class. I noticed a few inches off my mid-section after that.

Denise Austin..yes.. I used to do that one as well. She has great work out videos.. on the own I had, there were different levels.. easy moderate and hard or something like that..

I worked for a company that did the calls for Beachbody which consists of like P90X, hip hop abs, booty ballet and some others. They are awesome. I did the HHA but would just turn down the music on it and I lost 25 lbs in a month. I didn't count calories or anything neither. So yes as long as you do them everyday it would be great. Plus they have payment options so if you get it and don't seem to like those videos they do have a really great cs to return them and they even mail you the return postage in case you don't want it.
