reba Rick W - I wasn't sure where to put this. If the moderators feel it should be somewhere else, feel free to move it.
I've noticed that people sometimes use different terms interchangeably or different people use different words to mean the same thing or the same word to mean different things. This can sometimes cause confusion (like in the previous sentence). I saw an example of this recently when I posted that the law was never meant to save us, and that salvation and eternal life aren't even mentioned in the law. Someone else replied by quoting some scripture and then suggesting that, in the Old Testament, righteousness came through the law. I didn't answer, because it wasn't in a debate forum but, to me at least, righteousness and salvation are two different things. Am I wrong? What do these words mean to you?
