First you must know that there are dreams that are from God.
Secondly if a dream is repeated , it will come to pass. In the Old Testament, God sometimes repeated dreams too.
Your dream is a warning of the times that are upon us, although many Christians do not want to know this.But it is still going to happen, even if we ignore it.
Dreams have more than one meaning . For instance, the angel blowing the horn and what happened next: An angel brings judgment in Revelation with the blowing of a horn. The electricity going off, sounds like a Electro Magnetic Pulse (EMP ) attack. That is a very real possibility in our times. In Isaiah we find the doves in your dream. It is also the passage in Isaiah that is about the Tribulation and what happens at the same time: At the same time Rev 12 happens,

You said the moon was BRIGHT and WHITE

You said, "Mom we got to get out of here" Your "house" is your spiritual house in a dream. God is telling you something about where you are at, at this moment. You have to "get out of here". If you are worshiping at a place that do not preach the power of the gospel, you should leave. God is going to bring judgment over religion too. His people are getting out of the "church" made by man and walking away from it at this very moment , all over the world.

He is your Father and you can rest in His love. What you should do is to go to Him, and honor Him with the fact that He indeed spoke to you.Ask Him too explain it to you even more. In that way, He will know that you honor His voice and He will speak to you again in the future.
