What is a hunch back?

A football player who plays I think between a half-back and a full back. Especially a player who plays for Notre Dame. I'm sure you've heard of the famous hunch back of Notre Dame? ;)

I believe it is a birth defect, some defect in the forming of bones in the babys spine.
Or the older person bending over do to age, is mini fractures of the spine, that heal improperly,
causing the back to hunch over. Usually a sign of poor calcium intake.
There are probably other causes of a hunchback.
Hunch back of Notre Dame was a birth defect. If I remember correctly.

Does this preclude the possibility of him playing football? :ohwell

It precludes them from being good at football, because they are at a severe disadvantage.
I would never say any handicap would prevent them from trying. :thumb
of course, if we are talking the old bones, they would probably do better not even trying to run, let alone carry a football. :nod Hips break far to easy.
