What is the Land God Promised to Israel?

What is the land God promised to Israel?
http://www.gotquestions.org/Israel-land.html
Anything LESS than that, for the Jews, is wrong, it is against Holy Scripture.

With Genesis 15:18 and Joshua 1:4 in mind, the land God gave to Israel included everything from the
Nile river in Egypt to Lebanon (North to South) and everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates
River (West to East). So, what land has God stated belongs to Israel? All of the land modern Israel
currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus some
of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan, plus some of Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
Israel currently possesses
only a fraction of the land God has promised.

My people die for lack of knowledge…..Hosea 4:6a

Israel may yet possess all the promised land. And they already possess Gaza and the West bank. They will probably gain more territory in the Battle of Ar Mageddon. The Euphrates was dry on 9/11 when the first shot was fired.

Very correct Biblereader,

The U.N. is still in control of Israel's borders, which is how Israel was forced to give up portions of the land they conquered in the '67 war. That working is a slap in God's Face compared to the return of His people that He promised those lands to.

Isaiah 54 shows the symbolic tents of Israel will be enlarged to include believing Gentiles in Christ. The majority of people living there today aren't even believers on Christ Jesus, so that should raise a red flag as to what's really going on there today, and for what's going to happen there in the end of days just prior to Christ's coming.

The Israel of the Bible, God's national Israel, possesses nothing right now. The Israel we see on current maps as nothing more that a secular, political state.

God already gave them the land and one day, will reclaim it for them.

IKing 11:36
36 And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David My servant may have a light alway before Me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen Me to put My name there.
(KJV)

God gave the sons of Judah one tribe to stay in Jerusalem, that there would always be a light before Him in Jerusalem. That's why there's always been at least a small remnant of Judah in Jerusalem throughout history, even while most of the seed of Israel were scattered. They're still there today, even though the majority of God's promises to Israel have been moved elsewhere.

Don't believe the lies that God has not fulfilled what He promised to the seed of Israel, for His promises still exist with us today, especially in the West among the western Christian nations. The West didn't become majority Christian by chance. It was prophecy fulfilled about God's promises to Israel, but through Christ Jesus to the believing remnant of Israel scattered among the Gentiles. That's why many of the western Christian nations still have Christian kings and queens as defenders of The Faith.

no, those verses speak way to literal of location to be just another desription of christ. ie the reign of christ from jerusalem in the millenium. or the ac performing the act of the abomonation of desolation in the temple. isreal surrounded by her enemies and fainting and then the messiah shows up to save them.

Thank you Mr. Jasoncran. Yes, you are correct, the promised land IS very literal. But the literal is a parallel to the spiritual.

True, for God created this earth for us to live upon (Isa.45:18). Christ's future thousand years reign is going to be here on the earth also, for the "camp of the saints" is shown on earth in Rev.20. It's the wicked that are going to perish off this earth, not the saints in Christ Jesus. The earth is The LORD's, and He has given it to His people. God is coming back... to this earth, to dwell with us. That begins with Christ's feet touching down upon the Mount of Olives where He ascended to Heaven from (Zechariah 14; Acts 1).

The Heavenly is going to be revealed upon this earth at Christ's coming (Isa.25). God's River that flows out from the altar of His House will be on earth per Ezekiel 47, and it will heal all waters on the earth it comes into contact with. We are not going to reign up in the clouds, but on the earth with Christ like Rev.5:10 declares.

No, you're wrong. God promised this specific part of land to the Jews, and the Arabs are so greedy they can't be happy with what they have.
God promised this area to the Israelites, His CHOSEN people, and anyone or any group or nation that
opposes God's rules, will reap havoc in their lives.
