What to give up for lent

Every year I try and think of something to give up for lent, and never manage it. Any ideas? I'm not into chocolate really btw.
 
Why not give up making lists of things to give up? :-D

I guess I'll refrain from the physical delights of life with my wife this Lenten season. I see it's going to be an easy Lent this year! :lol:
