I think it's kinda fitting, brake. Indian Tribes lived here first, it makes sense that they'd have a portion of many bloodlines.

tim_from_pa said:Ironically (and my wife hates when I say this), my famous ancestor and her famous ancestor both had women with the same rare surname and thus I found that my wife and I are probably distant cousins. we traced back something like 11 generations or so.

I don't fully agree with Mormon doctrine, but I found information on my family there. When I found additional evidence, I found they were correct. But it's like anything and has to be checked against other sources. They do not claim to be 100% correct.
