Does God ever say to an errant beleiver "Enough is enough?
If so what are the consequences, what could be the errancy?
If not how can you counsel an errant beleiver?

Paul comes to mind. God basically knocked him flat while he was going to Damascus. He went blind for three days even, wow.

Scripture does say He chastises those He loves. Could be anything?

Rejection? Hell?

Paul wasn't a beleiver at the time

Paul truly did show us the example of Gods mercy and grace as He is patient and longsuffering, not wanting anyone to perish, 2Peter 3:9; 1Timothy 1:12-16. It repented God that He created man, but did find favor in one called Noah, Genesis 6:5-8 and because of that God has found favor in many and will until the time of His great patience and longsuffering runs out in the end of days when He alone knows the last one that will repent.

Yes I believe God can have enough even with His brethren. Do I believe they go to hell? NO!

Num 20:12 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

Deut 32:50 And die in the mount (Nebo) whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:

Deut 32:51 Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.

Deut 32:52 Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel.

1 Jn 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

This brings to mind Act 5:1, But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, both fell dead for lying to God.

I would ask if you think Moses is in hell? In Mat 17:3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. (Jesus) Many might think that Moses was there pleading to get out of hell. :shrug

God gives everyone ample opportunity to repent, but a time comes when God deals with sinning saints, and the ultimate penalty is premature death ("the sin unto death").

James speaks about dealing with errant believers (James 5:19,20 KJB), and the death he speaks of is physical death (even though its appears otherwise): Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. (This should be cross-referenced with 1 John 5:16,17). James is addressing the "brethren" and goes on to says "If any of YOU do err from the truth". This is not for the unbeliever, even though the term "sinner" is used (referring to the sinning saint).

So how would one counsel an errant brother or sister? With the truth regarding their situation, and the necessity for repentance, confession, and getting back on track.

"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.' If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector" (Matthew 18:15-17).
