So far we seem to be a little confused about this one!

The first and third are the same, just organized differently. The Catholic one is the same only with the deuterocanonicals added in. Perhaps you should do a search as to when the RCC canonized the Apocryphal books.

Don't forget that the Orthodox have several books more than the RCC; PLUS Psalm 151.

The non-Chalcedonian Orthodox have a few more than the above.
