Bible Study Which one translation if stranded on a desert island

If you were stranded on a desert island which ONE translation would you want with you? If you select other, please list it. If you select a multi choice poll option, please list the Bible you'd bring along.

I voted other.

I like my RSV-CE (2nd edition)... Revised Standard Version-Catholic Edition (2nd Edition). .
I would miss my other Bibles though (and all my books), cuz I'm a big reader, and I like to compare and contrast translations.

CathX, what's the difference between the RSV and the RSV CE? Both have the extra canon...I thought?

What do you think of the Haydock study Bible?

RSV-CE has a few translation differences (i.e., Luke 1:28 in the Catholic edition says, "Hail, full of grace" instead of "highly favored", etc.)

I own the Haydock. It's great.

I have gotten so used to relying on my YLT and LITV it would be hard to choose, but LITV is easier to read then the YLT so that is my choice.
