Forgive me, but I'm not getting it. Who wrote it? This seems to be written to Theophilus but isn't telling me who wrote it.

Edited to add: I googled it and it said that Luke wrote Acts.
 
Yep... Luke wrote both the Gospel that bears his name and the Book of Acts.
