Who are the best Preachers or Teachers?

I'm looking for MP3's or streaming Audio or Video of some really good Teachers and Preachers.
I was wondering Who You liked to listen to.
I prefer Preachers who don't scream too much or aren't patronizing.

I tell you Perry Stone is a good teacher preacher. He takes you deep in the Word and breaks it all down, he's wonderful in my humble opinion. Has anyone else heard of him?

Yes, I've seen Him on TV teaching about the Temple of Soloman. Very Interesting. :D
