Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:4

Pray for All People
2 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, 2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. 3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man[a] Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time. 7 For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying), a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling; 9 likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, 10 but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works. 11 Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve; 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. 15 Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.

Oh my goodness Walter and Debbie. Your thread said, "that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way" Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could live that now. Every now and then I pray for a Nation wide revival. Then I look around at our Government and the impossibility of revival hits me in the face. BUT, when things look the darkest, Jesus comes with the light of revival.

I have always looked at V.15 as the woman will find her deliverance or happiness from being in subjection to her husband thru child bearing.

Every now and then I pray for a Nation wide revival. Then I look around at our Government and the impossibility of revival hits me in the face. BUT, when things look the darkest, Jesus comes with the light of revival.

You know Chopper. It's easy for me and you to watch the news, look at Obamah's plans, His insurance and I do have a list of things he has done I don't like.

However............... The Holy Spirit would not tell us to pray for those in charge, then tell us we can live a quite and peaceful life if it were not so.

I am think, we need to ramp up the faith a bit, if God said it, then it has to be.

Come to think of it though, I don't have rockets blazing through the living room, and nobody arrested me for going to church.

I know for a fact the Lord had planned Obama to be in office, though I voted against him. God answered prayers by putting the man in. We may not see it, but I can tell you for a fact we would not want to know how it would turn out without Obama.

Prayer works, and millions of us are praying for this nation, our local police, and folks in charge. Now Kenneth gave a prophecy saying God is giving our nation back and those that walk by faith will see things they have never thought possible. For those not walking by faith, it will be rough times, things are going to change for this county and world.

I recieve that prophecy, because to recieve a prophet is to get a prophets reward, and I know for a fact our prayers are mighty in working, because if none of us prayed, then I can assure you Brother, that This whole planet would collapes.

No wonder we are told to walk by faith and not by sight............ The folks in charge have not given us a lot of good physical things to look at.

My wife and I are caring for her twin Sister that the doctors say she only has a year or less to live because of cancer in several places in her body. I am believing for Jesus our Physician to heal her. Others are not sure.

I believe that as I was typing this to you, the Holy Spirit nudged my mind to ask you to agree with me that Nancy Andrew is healed of throat cancer and bone cancer. It looks impossible to those with little or no faith. I rebuke the doctor's reports and believe in Jesus' possibilities. Nancy Andrew is healed of cancer. Will you, my friend, believe with me?

Chopper, i know that you were talking to Brother Mike, but i wanted you to know that i will be praying for your sister in law, for total healing and restoration. I thank You Father that Nancy Andrew is healed by the stripes that Jesus bore on His back. She is a child of The Most High God, and i thank You Father that no weapon formed against her shall prosper! For Your Words are life and medicine to all her body. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I am not giving a mild rebuke, but understand the same thoughts about our leaders you have that I have. That is why I don't speak against them no more as the Lord asked me on day I was going on a Obama rampage.......... "So you believe your prayers for your leaders to me are nothing, and I don't perform my word?"

God has a way of putting things that make things a bit more clear.

Thank you for asking me about your sister, I have a word for her and you, I'll P.M it. Cancer is nothing to the Lord, I mean Jesus raised lazerath from the dead and He had been rotting for 3 days. Fixing tissue and making things right is no Problem for God.

Heb 11:35 kjva Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:

God is good, and those women whom much sorrow was upon, God answered and power was given to raise their loved one back to life. Jesus said ask anything in my name that YOUR JOY might be full.

Now Deliverance from all things is there for everyone, but some did not accpept it to obtain a better ressurection.

I have no idea how it is better, and I am not ready to try that out yet to see for myself, I'll just take the scriptures Word on it, and say it's got to be better.

The Lord wants to heal your Sister in law. However, I have instructions. I'll P.M you.
