I was just wondering was I the only one here on this forum who still dyes them? And yes believe it or not the reason why we dye Easter eggs in the first place has to do with Christ's death and resurrection. Read this article if you don't believe me to find out where the tradition originated.

But yeah, I still have a really fun time doing this and we have an egg making thing attached to our toaster that makes really good hard boiled eggs. I have to admit, I'm not a huge egg fan (unless they're chocolate ones) but I do really enjoy eating egg salad. Anyway this topic came to my mind because I'm doing my eggs either Friday or Saturday of next week. I may or may not post pictures of them.
