Who is going to Church today?

It's Sunday morning here.
I'm in a coffee shop. I'm trying to decide whether to go to Catholic Mass or not.
Did you know that if you miss Mass twice in a row, you go to Hell? That's what I heard anyway.
Lake of Fire is warm in Winter I heard. Like central heating. Which makes me worried about Heaven. Those of you packed for Heaven, make sure you take an extra sweater. I heard it gets cold up there.
So look I need to stay in touch with the Lord. And one way of doing that is attending weekly Mass. We need nourishment for the soul too. Taking Communion I mean. What? You don't believe in the power of Communion? Ye of little faith!!

I walked out of a romanist catholic church today and there was a big sign with a big picture of, I suppose, Mary.
It said pray for peace to your Mother of Heaven.

I was taught that to miss mass at all was a mortal sin so attending mass was not just a recommendation but a requirement of God. Has the church relaxed that doctrine and if so, by what authority?

To answer your thread title question, yes, I went to worship services today beginning with our adult Bible study before hand. I try not to miss any worship service when I can so for the past month I've been regularly attending our Wednesday evening Lent services and plan to attend this coming Thursday (Maundy or Holy Thursday), Friday (Good Friday), and again next Sunday (Easter Sunday).

When I was a member of the Catholic church as a youngster I attended daily service every day during the Lent season.

Francis has relaxed the rules. We can pretty much do whatever now. It's awesome.

Sadly, I no longer attend church. We went to go visit an Amish offshoot in Bastrop, Texas thinking "These will be real Christians. It should be safe." They were like anyone else collecting corporate bounty blood money. Cross examined and attempted entrapment. They were very disingenuous.
Maybe after/if I get off disability, I will try again. So many "christians" hiding/mixing in the churches. Wolves among the sheep.
