Why a song moves us and not another

Ok I will take ;
Fields of Gold by Sting as an example.
This song is beautiful in my opinion.
Sensitive chord progression?
Harp like guitar sound is a key I think.
The B minor key is often a winner for many songs.
Stingsvoice is great but the version by eva cassidy is also good.
Maybe we shouldn't analyse art?
