Why do some girls like mean guys with six packs?

Why do some girls like mean guys with six packs? It seems that guys who are mean and have big muscles get the girls, while the skinny guys who are nice are left in the dust. Why?

I apologize, but I do think this is a bit of a stereotype. Muscles and surliness do not always come across as attractive qualities to EVERY female out there. My sweet and gorgeous hubby is proof of that.

I always seek for what's in the inside, though I am attracted to big burly men. Both my husbands were just big hairy lumber jack biker men... I believe it's that female thing of wanting to feel protected, and for me to feel protected being that I'm 6'1", I need a man bigger than me. So my 6'4" 290 lb. husband fits the bill. I think it depends on the individuals desires of the heart that they may provide with/without asking, and personal wants of what they desire to look at for the rest of their lives as it ages. But I believe our Lord creates all of us a countermate.

Not long afterwards I met a farmer's girl. She's hot and we've been married now for about 23 years with a nice (paid off) house and lots of land. And ironically, I am no longer that good Sunday School boy, but tomorrow I'll turn to be an ol' , fat 50-year-old man and I now drink. :D (But I am not mean--- maybe that was my problem back then)

Some perhaps....there for a while when I was younger, I wanted the bad boy as a form of punishment. Sometimes to this day I still think I got far better a man than I ever deserved. No doubt, my sweet husband is not perfect, but he is more the knight in shining armor than the bad boy.

I never wanted a bad boy, but I wasn`t attracted to wimps either. I was attracted to strong, confident boys/men both morally, mentally, and physically. The bad boys were always a turn off to me, but I know lots of girls who liked the bad boys. These were also the girls that ended up losing their virginity and compromising their values as they became involved in relationships. I think bad boys are really rather weak. I like strong Christian men better who know how to treat a lady like a lady (with gentleness and love).

A lot of women do like bad boys, and they always have, nothing new under the sun. Some grow out of it and a few don't. I see it all around me especially young girls, and then you also can see it in adults like biker gang babes, and drug dealer's girlfriends, or gang members girlfriends. This bad boy image excites them. And some of these girls will lower their standards to be with them. Bad boys have been bringing females to ruin, for centuries, with no end in sight. And some of these bad boys beat their women and they still are attracted to them, meaning, these bad boys.

All through her teen years, my younger daughter hung with juvenile delinquents. I was so afraid she would marry one of them, but fortunately she didn't.
