Hey everyone,
I've been pondering this question for quite some time now and thought it's high time we discussed it: Why do tall guys seem to have bad posture more often than others? I've noticed this pattern among my tall friends and even some public figures.
Is it because their height puts extra strain on their spines? Or could it be related to social factors, like feeling self-conscious about standing out? Maybe it's just a coincidence? I'm genuinely curious to hear your thoughts and experiences.
Have any of you tall folks struggled with maintaining good posture, or do you have tips for improving it?
