God sent Jesus in accordance with his plan, when the time was right, born of a women, born under the law to save those born under the law.

Just as God moved then according to his perfect will, knowledge and plan.
So he will move to end All evil, literally every one who does not acknowledge Jesus as Lord is vil and will be delt with.
