Why so much Superhero Worship?

Anyway, what hit me, as I was on the bus today, is that, of all the times I've been in this forum, I'd only thought of it as movie reviews: the '& TV' really comes into play here, yes?

Over to all you fans of Superman, Batman, The Incredibles & all the other DC Comic Book characters who so regularly feature on the silver screen
