She's going to the doctor to get something checked out today...pray that it winds up being no big deal. And if it is, that it can be fixed/treated.

Seems like God does lots of testing sometimes.

I know it's wrong to feel this way, but seems like the best Christians who pray, go to church, read their Bible, share their faith and are good loving spouses get the worst of it sometimes...she's been through a lot the last few years and it's tough.

She's a loving woman, not a mean or angry or hateful bone in her body, works a lot of hours, runs a household, finds time to take care of me and is such a good ambassador for God. She needs a break. Pray that God would show mercy on her.

:( I wiil remember her and you in my prayers tonight.

Praying for both of you that the Lord's Will be done in your lives.

Yes O most high God... show Your power here. Bring the peace and relief sought by these prayers Abba. Be mindfull of this saint and her plight. Shower her with Your Spirit and bring the comfort of Jesus upon her... according to faith and Your perfect will. In Christ Jesus' name... Amen

Lakesider,

I've said a prayer for her. Have you gotten any results yet?

Good news and thanks for your prayers!

Nothing too bad/scary/major...worst-case scenario: might require a minor in-office procedure to fix the problem (a nasty-looking skin thing, whatever you call it--one of those kinds that all the medical info says you might wanna get looked at by a doctor). The doctor was 100% sure that is was something worse that we were fearing.

But I'm glad she got checked out--we both feel LOTS better. She's normally not one to get worried about health stuff, but this one seemed to really scare her.

God takes care of us again, and we are truly thankful. Ya'll are great too. Prayer is powerful and effective.

Awesome news, Lake. I was thinking about this just last night.

One line of my reply didn't make sense. I meant to say the doctor was 100% sure that it WASN'T the bad thing we were fearing. I think faster than I can type sometimes. Thanks for your prayers guys.
