Will McDonalds make you fat?

Seriously, it's like anything. You will get fat if you eat too many calories from proteins, fats or carbohydrates no matter what their source is be it "unhealthy" McDonalds or healthy olive oil.

If you have to eat out, but want to watch the calories, why not go to Burger King and order a Whopper Junior? They are only a buck and you can tell them to hold the mayo--- I think that is just under 400 calories, which is good for a lunch. That's not too much. (But during the day eat some fruits and veggies to get nutrient-packed foods as well)
