Will we truly ever get rid of racism and other prejudices?

I'm a white man married to a black woman.

I have had black men shouting "traitor" and pointing at my wife in the street.

I have been declined a job because I was white.

There is racism everywhere, and in all directions. Many asians are racist against non asians, blacks against whites, whites againts blacks etc.

According to evolution its impossible that we are all equal. It would require all random beneficial mutations happening universally at the same pace and time in all human ethnic groups which is scientifically impossible.

But God shows us we are equal and that there is just one race of man. Only Christians are truly non-racist imo.

I suspect there will always be some prejudices because it is so easy to keep inventing them.

Racial prejudice is still widespread but it has decreased dramatically in the last 50 years. More travel, greater integration and better education have dispelled many of the superiority myths and most people actually understand now that they are not automatically better because of the color of their skin or their country of origin. That understanding does not completely remove racialism but give it a few more generations and the world will be a different place.

We're imperfect children of God, we are tribal by nature, and our human condition will not change. If we could magically end racism today, by tomorrow we'd have a brand new way of discriminating against each other.
