That is neat!!! Where did you take that? And whats the meaning of the statue?
 
Actually, it's the personification of the Constitution. The Constitution is in her right hand, symbolizing the rule of law. The torch of liberty is in her left, symbolizing freedom, and she's wearing the Phrygian cap, which symbolizes the overthrow of autocracy for a nation ruled by laws.

It's at the federal courthouse in downtown St. Louis. There's a matching seated personification of Justice.
