Windows Repair for Idiots?

I have a friend that for years has used me to keep his home and his business units running. I no longer travel without a Puke Bag and he does not need that in his business nor his home leaving him in need. He's either running 7 or 8 and one of the units is dragging. Has anyone used or heard any trial results for this Win Cleaner advertised on thd one eyed monster?

Thanks brother. Tim has been long enough without issue that I have almost lost touch with windoze. My wife and daughter still run win7 but my techy daughter keeps those cleaned out and avoids any issues with them and having slipped so far most of the Church has begun to use the shop run by the Philipino lady in town that I recommend when I can't fix the issue because of the lack of a tool for the issue.
