I was just kidding I threw all my 3.1s away years ago.If you're still using Win 3.1 and don't have nosmoke.exe installed, I suggest you install it right away. It should have come pre-installed on all Dos and Windows versions from the start.
On another note... don't you have problems getting drivers for new hardware for Win 3.1?
