We can see pride and arrogance in many people today. Thier walking in the flesh. The spirt is contrary to the flesh.
8:9. They are all plain to him that understand, and right to them that find knowledge. Many people are seeking counsel from the occult. Or government or secular humanism or false preachers. But not God. Thier is spirt of whoredoms in midst of society. Some people are going in the wrong direction. The wide gate leads to hell.
10:28. The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: But the years of the wicked shall perish. Those who love and serve God will have eternal life. The wicked and heathen go with satan into lake of fire.
The saints have likely hope.
The wicked have a unlikely hope. Unless the wicked repent and conform to God's standard. Humility is of the light. Pride is of darkness.
The wicked wont submit to God's will. They won't carry their own cross daily and follow Jesus. The wicked attitude is, My Way, Our Way. Wont work. The wicked have thrown their hat in with satan. When satan as antichrist comes near future, satan and wicked will declare war on the saints, revelation chapter 12. 10:29. The way of the Lord is strength to the upright: But the expectation of the wicked shall Perish.
At the end of the millennium, revelation chapter 20, satan gathering the wicked. They are so arrogant and evil, they go after the camp of the saint's. The War is over when God destroys them.
The War ends at the end of millennium. The wicked pick the wrong loser to lead them. All the evildoers and troublemakers are will be gone.
Does anyone think satan and the wicked have any chance?.
