No Kidding! Yippie! I've been off for maybe three weeks and just had the chance to post yesterday when I come in today and the site was down.

The site seems to be running pretty quick too.

Yes, it is faster, I think. Maybe Logan did some database indexing. I know sometimes the search index needs pruning. 8-)

It appears there were some server or host issues... maybe domain name resolution? Maybe not. 8-) It's working, Hallelujah. :D

Or maybe i spoke too soon. 8-)

When the site was off line I used used a neat little tool that you can download for firefox that can link you to most broken websites. Sometimes when a forum goes down I can see some stuff that was posted before the site went down. It searches on some web archive site. It I ended up getting this http://web.archive.org/web/19960101-re_ ... /index.php This must have been some old version of 123 Christian forums. :turn-l: :scatter:  :infinity:

Most likely, it is a web page caching service which archives periodically. If a server or host is down or denial of service is being used against a site, most tools can't get you in.

Firefox IS my browser of choice too. :-)

PK, "Wayback Machine". I've used this service before. :-)

Wow, that was when I first started these forums. I forgot about that old look.
