Now Its been 3 years that I've been in agony over God's silence and I'm ready to get to the bottom of this
Il be truthful this will be very hard for atheists,to say life came from dust without help is unbelievable to me

Welcome to the forum, would you indulge me by describing you journey.
What caused you to stop attending church, to stop reading the bible and what reason you have for not believing in Jesus?

I must admit that your OP sounds a bit disjointed to me. For example, what does what an atheist believes have anything to do with what you're seeking? Are you declaring yourself to be an atheist?

God promised that He would never leave us nor forsake us, Deuteronomy 31:8; Isaiah 41:10; Hebrews 4:16. We hear God speak to us through His word and through prayer as we draw closer to Him. It sounds like you need a refreshing of the Holy Spirit and to surrender all of yourself to God allowing the Holy Spirit to dwell in your heart. You need to develop that personal relationship with Jesus.
