I work with about 25 teens (12-19) and young adults (20-30 yrs old) on wednesday nights. I really love it, hard at times, but rewarding.

No, it's our Friday night program. We had 203 junior highers last week so about 6 of the guy leaders had to shave their legs. Luckily I wasn't one of them.

I used to be the NYI Youth leader at my church. Now, even though I am no longer a youth leader in the church, I spend a lot of time with young people who come through my dance studio. I love having the opportunity to witness to them and to just hang with them.

WOW! at my church 10 'youth' (meaning 5th grade to 11th) anad 4 young adults, we consider that a wonderful day and praise the Lord that so many come out to worship Him...then again, I live in the middle of nowhere

I'm a highschooler and volunteer with Whirlwind, our middle school program on Friday nights. I love it and want to be a Youth Pastor when I "grow up". I also attend our high school program on Sunday nights, called Storm. On a good night we have about 80 high schoolers and on Friday's- a good night has about 60 kids. Youth Ministry is so totally my passion!

i live in a town of about 1500 people. there's 160 people in our high school and 100 in our junior high. on wednesdays, i lead worship with a great band for about 120 jh/hs kids. we break into small groups of about 7 according to grade, and we have small group leaders to lead the groups. i lead a group of 7 girls. it's amazing! i love working with kids. if anyone has a large group and they'd like to reach out to them and get their ministry going, pm me. i've got some good suggestions that worked for us. id love to help out.

our sunda mornings we have inbetween 75-100 students in the youth bulding. on wensday nights we have around 50. This last wensday we had about 20 some odd students and we all were wondering what was up cause its strange to see the youth bulding that empty. But I normaly just work with the teen girls.
