Are you saying that Adam coerced Eve? If so, where is that found in Scripture?
No...
Just that he was right there the whole time with her as she looked at it, deliberated over it, reached for it, and ate it.
She gave it to him as he was watching her do what they knew not to do...

He knew what she was doing was wrong... didn't stop her.

Now...what makes for some really cool speculation is if he came to his senses and didn't eat the fruit... what would have happened.

Probably men would have been declared as perfect and he would have been able to stay in the Garden of Eden and Jesus would still have to come and die for all of the women in the world if He didn't want them to go to Hell.

It is Eve's fault for not trusting God at his Word. She thought she could go about getting her own wisdom. Genesis 3:6

Now, it doesn't say Adam's intentions on why he ate..........but it does say hers

Who knows why he ate it, it just says Eve gave it to him and he ate.

I dont know, maybe people need to take a look at themselves because for some reason it always seems to be someone else fault.

We were all there from the start of the universe , we are all the same, we are all the universe, we are all one.

Jesus was right. He's the path and light. The kingdom of creation is within you. The Almighty Most high God is the greatest math genius that's why he is God. As Jesus said humans his Father are one.

The Father is the creator of the simulator.

There is two things I believe. Jesus is the way, the , truth and the life , and the Father is the master almighty of creation.

If Jesus and the Father and Spirit are one, are one with the Father and Jesus and the Spirit of creation?

IMO all 3 were responsible but the Apostle Paul charges the woman in I Timothy 2:14.

But I really appreciate your view on how we all need to own up to our own faults. I thought it was very insightful.

Another take I get from the Fall, is to take God at His Word. The 1st thing the serpent did was question God’s Word, Genesis 3:1. To which we find out in a short period of time a perfect man and perfect woman somehow miscommunicated God perfect Word Adam commanded in Genesis 2:16-17, but somehow Eve change this command in Genesis 3:4-5. Either Adam didn’t teach will or Eve didn’t learn will, probably a little of both.

IMO we as Christian have God perfect Word, yet we always question it? Many trying to take the Resurrection of Christ out Mark’s Gospel, wanting to remove the last 12 verses of Mark. Also by ignoring Jeremiah 17:13 and the Feast of Tabernacles so that we can sound smart and try to removed John 7:53-8:11. This is just mentioning the 2 biggest passages that Modern Bible Scholars pass their judgment on and seem to echo the serpent, yea has God said?

Yes we are all at fault for questioning God’s love letter to us, Luke 1:1-4.
Theophilus, God lover or lover of God.

Eve went beyond what God has said.

Instead of keeping it simple she made it very complicated.

The "serpent" lied....and Eve was even more confused.

Now granted I would have probably made some fruit rollups out of the fruit....maybe some crepes or even some chocolate truffles with the fruit flavoring the centers... definitely some jam or jelly.

But...
She missed out on the very core of what God said to do.

He didn't take the responsibility. Remember, he tried to pass it on to Eve but God made him the head of the woman and therefore he was held responsible.
Nope.
With all due respect...and I mean that...we are not responsible for the outcome.
I have been punished long enough by this false teaching in the church that says men are responsible for whether or not their kids and spouse serve the Lord. A dear older lady set me straight about that years ago through the example of the household of Samuel.

You talking about God or Adam?

It was also Satan who seduced Cain. It was the first known case of sibling rivalry. But the scripture does not explain why God showed favoritism to one brother over the other
He didn't do right:

"The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering, 5but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.

6Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7If you do what is right, will you not be accepted?" - Genesis 4:4-7

"12Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s were righteous." - 1 John 3:12

It just bothers me that the Bible never explains what Cain did wrong. What was wrong with his offering? Is God playing favorites. My mother was a Godly woman but she always loved my sister more than me. I never knew why so I identify with poor Cain. The book "East of Eden," by Steinbeck is about this very subject.

I would say its the Devils fault every-time.

That is a good blame, why not just blame the devil, yet if people have free choice then how can it be devils fault for a free choice to either do good or evil?.

Adam blamed Eve and then Eve blamed Satan and Satan blamed no one. If all 3 got a penalty then all 3 must have done something wrong.

It just bothers me that the Bible never explains what Cain did wrong.

The bible says Cain offered only some of his produce, and Abel offered the first and the best so God favoured that.

As I can see it was Abel who gave God the first and the best and Cain was more lazy with his offering. With Abel God came first and got the first and the best cut of meat.

It's like God was offered a big juicy rib eye steak and a average potatoe to go with it. If Cain had harvested and offered the first and the best of his produce then it would have been equal favor, God would have been served first and had a nice roast potaoe to go with his juicy steak. It don't matter that one was a steak and one was a potatoe.

Thank you for explaining that. Nobody's been able to explain it to me since I started asking when I was 12. That's why God wants us to be better people. So when we're offering ourselves to God wer're offering the best that we can be. But we don't have to be perfect just a work in progress.

I just figure that what was wrong with it was that God rejected it. Who am I to question why? God rejected it and told Cain it was rejected. Cain's reaction was the problem, not God.
