Hello everybody, welcome to another edition of today's news. :) We have a brief news report to do today so let's get right to it! :salute

First of all in today's news, a family from Elyria Ohio is currently mourning the loss of their dog after it died while being in the care of a boarding facility. Here's more on the story. :sad

And once again some police officers from Euclid Ohio heroically saved the life of a woman who was looking to end hers. Here's more of the details. :clap

Finally in today's news, four malnourished children were found and rescued from a property in Texas yesterday. Here's more of the information.

That's all for today's news! Have a wonderful rest of the day and God's blessings on you. :biggrin2

I figured that since there are usually a lot of interesting news stories that I read that I find don't really belong into a specific category, I figured that I would just collect all of the ones that I find interesting and put them in here. The first news story of the day is police in Marlboro Ohio (I have no idea where that is lol) are encouraging parents and grandparents that are gun owners to lock up their weapons and are handing out free gun locks to ensure that happens.

Also in today's news Christian Evangelist Reverend Billy Graham was honored today by President Trump, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Thirdly a massive sixteen foot three thousand pound great shark was caught off of Hilton Head Island last week, why the news is just getting out now I really don't know but here is the article for it anyway.

http://fox8.com/2018/02/28/massive-...at-white-shark-caught-off-hilton-head-island/

And our last two stories cover a bus passenger who was honored for heroically saving her driver and another cowardly cop refusing to do his job. (the shame :shame)

That's all for today's news (so far) and if you have a news story that you want to share please feel free to add it. (I love playing the part of news reporter lol :lol)
Thanks for the “real news”

I bet they let her in. Fled the nation as a traitor, has little regret for being involved with a terrorist organisation, not fased by seeing decapitated heads, is married to a terrorist. Family sob story.

Not the same silly girl she was at 15?. Three years later shes 19 and pregnant. Is that a joke. If your married to a terrorist that means you automatically have links to terrorism and terrorists.

The security minister has commented that as a British citizen, she has every right to return to the United Kingdom, and enjoy the privileges of being British.
I personally find this insulting to our armed forces, who sacrifice themselves for our safety and freedom. I see this women as a traitor and frankly an enemy of the state. As an Islamic State supporter, she should be stripped of her British citizenship and denied entry to the United Kingdom.

Hey everybody, welcome to another edition of tonight's news. :) We have another short report to do tonight so I'm just going to go ahead and bounce right into it. :boing(I do wish that I knew where Michael74 was though.)

First of all in tonight's news, a dog was found dead in a garage after being starved to death. Here's more of the information. :sad

And this is a rather disgusting conspiracy theory. :erm

And also the mother of a three year old child found wandering the streets is currently facing charges. Here's more of the details.

Also a man allegedly placed a candy bar into a gas tank after an argument broke out. Here's more.

And find out how one man's joke wound up blowing up inside his face. Here's more. :rolleyes

And also this is one huge goldfish! :eek2

Finally in tonight's news, a woman who abandoned her disabled dog was sentenced to a day in jail yesterday and to be quite frank with you I really don't think that it's enough. Here's more of the details. :hips

That's all for tonight's news! Have a wonderful rest of the night everybody and stay tuned for more news to come. :yes

Maybe as your minister said as a citizen she has every right to return, but as a traitor with terrorist links should be arrested on arrival and stand trial for treason. She fled the nation to join a terrorist organisation. That is enough.

The government also needs to crack down on so called refugees and asylum seekers who get compassion from the nation and welfare then seem to go back to there home nations they somehow cannot return for holidays and to visit family. I mean come on get real. A genuine refugee and asylum seeker can never go back to there home nation, nor should they want to.

The Home Secretary has now said that he will do everything in his power to ensure she doesn't return to the United Kingdom. How true this is, is debatable.

Anyone can say whatever they like if it's genuine or not. The truth is we all need to be tough but fair. It absolutly blows my mind how someone can be a traitor and flee the nation to join a recognised terrorist organisation and then return and there is even question over an arrest and trial for treason.

I mean serious, in my eyes there is nothing more crooked. And treason has always been the highest form of offence. There is no greater offense in a Nation or Kingdom than being a traitor and commiting treason.

On a side note im guessing some people spit on the United Kingdom. Does the Queen just sit there accept it?. Im mean dang, I got caught once taking a leak in public all the way over here and the police made me do 10 pushups, and I had to do extra for the Queen for my offense. Lol. Yet treason gets a free pass.

I even remember my cub law when I was a child.

"I promise to do my best to do my duty to God and to the Queen and to my Country, to help other people and to live by the cub law."

That was a oath I took. To love one another and help one another. That's the law.
Sadly this is no longer universally practised. The Queen exercises Royal Prerogative Powers; whilst he has power (which nowadays is very limited), it is exercised through the government. The Queen's duty is to host State dinner, welcome other State leader, sign-off bills of Parliament, dissolve the government for a general election, serving as patron to many charities and Commander of the Armed Forced (this is usually exercised thorough a General. Most of her duties are merely ceremonial; she how no real power per-say.

Many years ago, treason was met by the death penalty; even defacing the colours of the Monarchy brought severe punishment. This country is too soft; many perpetrators do not feel the full weight of the constitution; this is something which ought to be brought back. Personally, I am in favour of an elected Head of State; I support the disbanding of the Monarchy - I believe that our Head of State should be answerable to the public.

Did you know that the Queen doesn't require a passport or driving licence; nor can she be tried in court and imprisoned because they are issue and bare her name?

I just wanted to let everybody know that I had a long and busy day and since there really isn't a lot of news that I want to share I figured that I would take the day off so have a wonderful rest of the day and a great weekend everybody. :)

UK EDITION

Welcome to the inaugural UK Edition of the Evening News. It's 19:00, and I'm your newsreader Book Keeper.

Firstly, lets talk jam; yes the sweet condiment that pairs with toast or bread. According to a mould expert, if jam has gone mouldy, the user should scoop off 2-3 centimetres where the mould has grown, and it should be safe to eat. Carry on reading the article for other foods.

Fan smashes TV when his team loses; we've all been that disappointed.

Breathtaking images are published of the countries National Parks.

RIP to the Mars Rover, 2003-2019; the little bot has reached the end of its service life.

That's all for today's headlines; have a great evening!

UK EDITION

Welcome to the inaugural UK Edition of the Evening News. It's 19:00, and I'm your newsreader Book Keeper.

Firstly, lets go to the United States whereas the President Donald Trump has stated, "Walls Work". This is following his declaration of a national emergency to secure funding for the wall he campaigned for during the Presidential elections.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-47258754

The chief of the MI6 has warned that the UK faces more IS attacks; this comes shortly after an ISIS supporter wishes to return to the UK to give birth on the NHS.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-47255230

Children across the UK have been walking out of lessons today to campaign regarding climate change. They are asking for the government to act to prevent damage for future generations. Prime Minister Theresa May has condemned the action, saying that the children on school strike are 'wasting lesson time'.
