I don't know what's wrong with me, lost another big fish yesterday. I have had 2 hits this week and lost them both, and both were huge all due to dumb self error.
Q. What do you not do when you hook a big fish.
A. Let the line go slack.
I mean what was I thinking. True amateur this week. Now I'm back at the dock again. If I lose the next fish I quit.
I don't know what's wrong with me, lost another big fish yesterday.
For good?
Maybe its a learning curve. Just takes a bit of practice with the mega fish to become adept at reeling them in.
I guess it's a learning curve, bit still how can you learn from something you already know.
Muscle memory. Your reflexes take over when something happens quickly.
Muscle memory just takes practice, and time.
That makes it more challenging, and fun.
Of course not. I'm addicted to fishing so I will just quit for the day. I once quit 3 times in one day. I quit then went back an hour later. Then quit and went back, then quit and went back again.
I think quiting is just another name for frustration annoyed at my own self errors and dumbness sometimes and other times it's just everything that can go wrong does go wrong like a curse not my fault. Like example I slip down the dock ramp because it's slippery and fall over, then a bird steals my bait, then the wind blows my tackle over into the water and my hat, then it starts raining. Just everything is annoying.
So I never want to fish again but for some reason I keep going back.
I could blame the fish because in life it's always something else fault, but I don't, I strive to master and learn.
Fishing is suppose to be my peace and time out. Near everyday I fish the dock, I go after work. But sometimes it can be annoying.
