Because she is the sister to the 7th making her the 8th, but you would not believe it, but is found in scripture and history as Daniel already gave prophecy for this in Daniel chapter 7.

I wouldn't say America is the second beast, but is totally controlled by it as it controls all seven continents.

Byzantium didn't come out of Rome and it did not come all the way to the end, which scripture tells us. As for United Europe, these are the ten toes of the image after the Roman Empire, the ten divisions of that Empire, but not the political/religious beast which is the manifestation of the Antichrist power from within the church.

Byzantium did come out of Rome, hence why it was called the "New Rome" and "Constantinople" after the decline of the Roman empire, which today is called Istanbul. The city has had several names throughout time.
America being ran by the beast will receive the same damnation as the beast because America was founded by the beast and follows after it.

In 1453 was the rise of the Ottoman Empire that conquered Constantinople destroying the Byzantine Empire (Eastern Roman Empire) that reigned from 330AD to 1453AD. The Roman Empire was then called the Holy Roman Empire that was a political entity beginning in 800AD - 1806AD from the time of Charlemagne (Holy Roman Emperor) who protected Pope Leo III from Adrian's supporters in Rome to Francis II, King of France. Pope Pius VII was the Pope from 1800-1823. The Roman Empire is known today as Vatican City, a city-state surrounded by Rome and Italy who has diplomatic relations with every nation around the world.

The prostitute of Babylon is Vatican City. She makes the entire world drink of her cup through paper money and fiat currency, which is the true mark of the beast.
There is so much more than the paper money and fiat currency, but unfortunately I can not discuss the deeper things because of the ToS, but can say this Luciferian system of military, political, education and false religious power is even now working and will come to fruition that will last 3 1/2 years. Then will Christ destroy it all by the brightness of His coming in the air.

No one sits in the temple of God claiming they are God literally. Correct me if I'm wrong but even if another temple was built there is no way Jews would allow a Man to sit in the holy of holies and be worshipped as God. No human being would ever be worshipped by Jews as God.
No one worships a human as God . It took Jesus to rise from the dead and show himself to others before eye witnesses would believe and the word was spread. Not even his miracles and all the things he done could convince people of anything.
Today's world is even more sceptical with all the scams and delusions. Even if someone turned water into wine today no one would believe them, it's just a magic trick.

And for another simple fact is that the Muslims are not going to hand over the Dome of the Rock to any Jew, but, is even now being refurbished for the son of perdition to come to Jerusalem to take his literal seat as he claims to be God, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.

There is no way Muslims would associate a man with Allah. Muslims would never worship a man as God either. Whoever it is that so called literally sits in some temple claiming to be God would never be accepted by Muslims or Jews or Christians as well.
It doesn't make sense. The entire religious world would reject any man who sits in a temple claiming to be God, even if they done miracles. They probably wouldnt last long before they got accused of blasphemy. And the non religious world would just think the person is a joke and should seek a mental health professional.
The closest one could come could be seen as some sort of messiah or prophet, but not God. Jesus already tried and no one can beat his attempt.
