In theses verses 1st Corin 5:1-5 I am trying to understand what is meant. I see a terrible sin has been committed and in verse 5 it seems to imply that the flesh possibly soul will go to satan and the spirit will be saved.
I think of this as relating to Hebr 10: 26-27 which imo implies God will cleanse with fire a believer who has sinned after acquiring the knowledge. Now i am asking for guidance, I do not know for sure if I have the right interpretation of these verses.

Dear Brother Roro1972, my opinion of the man living with his father’s wife in 1 Cor 5:1-5 is a sin unto death for the believer; there can be consequence to our actions. Another thing was that the church assembly had condoned that conduct with bragging, I imagine being something along the line some today brag about in their allowance of same sex marriages. Later the church that was told to expel him for his conduct is asked to bring him back, forgive, and restore him lest he be overcome with too much sorrow. 2 Cor 2:1-13.

The unforgivable sin of Heb 10:26-27 is to those mainly of Israel having seen all the miracles, hearing the word preached in power and manifestation of the Holy Spirit, still do not believe on the Lord Jesus, and return to their religious works thinking all they experienced to be of no profit. Without Jesus there is no salvation, and remains the one unforgivable sin.

1 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles—that a man has his father’s wife! 2 And you are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he who has done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3 For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed. 4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Lets break this down in terms I can understand.
Verse 1. Paul hears that there is sexual sins going on in Corinth and it's worse than what even the non Jews do and they are a lot more lax than Jews because they don't have the Torah to guide them. Incest Even!
Verse 2. And though you may be upset you mourn this person being taken from you instead of casting him out in his wickedness.( that would be like if you had a brother that was a murderer and a thief but instead of letting him be held accountable for his actions you hid him so he didn't face the punishment. This would do more harm than good. In today's society that's call aiding and abetting and that makes you just as guilty as the offender so this is serious.)
Verse 3. I may not be there physically but my spirit is, and by my authority over evil given to me by Jesus the Messiah I've already judged the actions of these wicked. (Why haven't you as seen in verse 2, He's saying I'm in charge here and you'll accept my judgement like I'm there physically. It's a done deal )
Verse 4. A confirmation of where the power and authority comes from. ( Not I Paul But Jesus I do this on Jesus' authority)
Verse 5. This is a call to cast him out among the wicked so that he may see the errors of his way and come back to Christ. (He won't feel the need to change if everyone condones his actions by silence or absence of action and he already knows that they know it's wrong and he did it anyway. This shows an unrepentant heart.)

I am very thankful two brothers have

Thanks Eugene for separating those two and explaining each one separate. I can see I had it wrong trying to connect the two and I misunderstood each by them self.

Warrior; thank you also for the knowledge and time you shared with me. I see that I did have it wrong. I am thankful to be able to ask and learn from others like yourself.
