Yes. The problem is that AiG's writers either do not know what evolution is, or are purposely misrepresenting it.

Usually,when pressed to define it, creationists will say it's "a dog becoming a cat" or similar foolishness, ignoring what Darwin wrote about it.

Of course we see evolution going on around us. Happens to all populations. It is merely "descent with modification" (Darwin's term), "variation" (AiG's term) or "change in allele frequency in a population" (scientific term after the discovery of genetics).

AiG seems to feel that their new doctrines will fall apart if they admit that populations do change over time. So they obfuscate by calling it "variation."

In recent years, AiG has even admitted macroevolution (that's what speciation is), but deny that the evolution of new species is "real evolution."
