The clubs here with sparsely clothed men behaving in a flirty way are meant to attract other men.

they have them just not near me. but I know of them. often they are the strip clubs of course but some do have that. remember that in the west this stuff is geared more toward men then women.

I think men are far more oriented to visual stimulation than women are. I'm not sure there's as much demand for a male version of Hooters.

Okay, yeah of course those clubs exist.
Now I'm against objectifying anyone, male, female, hetero, gay or whatever else.
But looking at it from a less politically correct and more primal point of view... why are so few companies or clubs trying to use the girls' sex drive by employing attractive and flirty men as bait in order to get the ladies to spend money? There are many wealthy and sexually empowered and self-conscious ladies out there nowadays.
If I'd want to see a male table dancer would I need to go to a gay bar?

Hm I'm thinking that is a bit of a myth. Believe me, women respond to visuals.
Also thinking of a strip club it wouldn't be limited to visual stimulation, but also to hearing/ smelling/ touching the dancers.

The only strip club we have here (at least that I am aware of) has a ladies' night.... once every month. :neutral

Well, money leads the way. There are str8 and gay nude bars for men because there's a lot of money in it. Are women in large enough numbers willing to spend their money that way? If so, believe, me someone will build the bars.

Well I'm not rich enough at the moment. But if I were... well I'd feel guilty for objectifying men, and for lustfully looking at someone that isn't my husband, so I probably wouldn't. But the less moral parts of my brain like the idea.
Maybe with gender equality and women's liberation becoming more and more normal either strip clubs will be shunned altogether in the generations to come, or there will be clubs for straight women (and maybe male prostitutes for female customers).

You assume wrong. At least in the long run.

And there's the problem of getting straight men to do that. A man willingly doing that is even more out of character than consistently being stimulated by sight is for a woman.
 
Claudya, either you're just way more honest than most Christian women, or you really are just too liberal.

I'm leaning toward the latter.
